What services do you provide?

We retrofit, delamp, and install new LED light bulbs and fixtures.

What is retrofitting?

We would leave your existing fixtures, remove the ballasts, rewire the fixtures, and retrofit in the new LED bulbs.

What is delamping?

Delamping means giving you back less LED bulbs than the number that you originally had in each fixture.

Why should I delamp the current number of bulbs I want to retrofit into my existing fixtures?

This helps lower your energy usage and monthly energy bill. However, we can always give you the full amount of

bulbs back, but keep in mind, money back through energy savings will take longer to see.

Are you CPS Energy?

No, we are an authorized contractor with CPS Energy, allowed to install, delamp, and retrofit LED lights for the CPS

Small Business Rebate and Large Commercial Rebate programs.

What is the CPS Small Business Rebate Program?

It is a rebate program that CPS Energy offers to help businesses pay part of their project cost when they switch out

their old fluorescent and incandescent bulbs or fixtures for LEDs.

This program is designed to reduce your energy consumption and bring you savings compounded each year with

your new LED lights. To qualify, your business must use less than 100kW.

To read more about the program, please see visit the CPS Energy website at;

What is the CPS Large Commercial Rebate Program?

It is the same concept as the Small Business Rebate, but to qualify for the Large Commercial Rebate Program your

business would use 100 kW or more.

How does the CPS Rebate Program work?

CPS Energy pays an incentive to, us, the contractor; this incentive all depends on the scope of work and amount of

kilowatts saved, but can be up to half of the project cost that they would pay us on your behalf. Then you, the

client, pays the remaining portion of the project bill.

What is the process, and how long does the Small Business Rebate and Large Commercial Rebate process

take from start to completion?

Once a walk-in or prescheduled no obligation consultation takes place, our team inputs your information, ie.

number of fixtures and CPS meter number, into a software specifically provided by CPS Energy to calculate your

energy savings proposal. Next, our Account Executive goes back out to show you your proposal, we get a signed

contract from you, and we ask for you to submit a deposit prior to the start of the project; this helps us to order

products and materials in advance. We will collect the remainder at the time of project completion. Before the

project, we have one of our Project Installation Managers go out to your location and review all the details.

For the Small Business Rebate, it will take our company a business week to process your paperwork and submit

your project to CPS Energy. After CPS Energy receives it, they will review the project and decide if they need to go

out and do a pre-inspection of your business, or authorize us to begin without their team going by. This can take

anywhere up to 5 - 8 weeks to authorize your project to begin, and we will call you as soon as they give us written

authorization so we can schedule your project. Please note, their pre-inspections are separate from our company's

walk-through.

For the Large Commercial Rebate, a pre-inspection walk-through is mandatory before each project, and a CPS

representative will go out to check out the entire premises approximately 2 weeks after your contract has been

submitted. Then, typically, we start your installation 2 weeks after that.
